RE/MAX® is built on a culture of giving. For 31 years, we’ve partnered with Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals to positively change the health of kids and their families. The RE/MAX Miracle Home & Miracle Property Program empowers RE/MAX agents and offices to support their local children’s hospital. By designating their listing as a Miracle Property, agents will donate on behalf of their clients with each home sale, with 100% of the donation benefiting their local children’s hospital. Since 1992, RE/MAX affiliates in the U.S. and Canada have donated nearly $200 million to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.

Children's Miracle Network Hospitals (CMN Hospitals) raises funds and awareness for 170 member hospitals that provide 38 million treatments each year to kids across the U.S. and Canada. 12 million kids are helped each year. Donations stay local to fund critical treatments and healthcare services, pediatric medical equipment and charitable care.
Why RE/MAX agents give
